But...but the bed... orz
There's a bit of silence on the other end as he gets himself ready for an early morning outing before he responds.] I'll be there as soon as possible then.
[At least it was in familiar territory.]
the only solution is to bring the bed with you. or force her to stay in her own.
[Or someplace else. She's open to options.]
Sob, and he can't do either. Welp. OTL
[Well, if she wanted more of that beef bowl, he wasn't about to argue. She definitely enjoyed their last trip over, so why not? He could introduce her to the other stall he sometimes went to another time, anyway.]

Barring any noticeable interruptions, like a change in plans, he does make it there eventually. It was definitely a lot emptier than it was when he usually went, but it carried a feeling of nostalgia regardless. Junes was more of a second home than Yasogami High, ironically -- though part of that probably had to do with the fact that Kashiwagi was still his homeroom teacher. With him and Yukiko being amongst the few third years of their cozy circle, they had to shoulder the brunt of her bickering; it was a migraine and a half.
He'd definitely have a lot to share today, too, seeing that yesterday's 'Kashiwagi Bitches' topic was regarding Lucina. But that was enough musing on his part. He needed to go to the food court.
Souji steps onto the familiar elevator and rides it there, going around in search of her stall.]

She's basically run off her feet, but she seems to be in her element even if she is so busy, able to handle the pressure, for the time being, though she does stop and have to gain her bearings every few minutes, as there's a lot to take on for just one person. It's going to be exhausting, but it's the kind of work that she enjoys. Helping others.
One day she'll actually be able to help more than just handing out fliers, so she hopes.
Right at this moment, though, she's skimming a list of tasks that has been handed to her, by, as it happens, Junes' manager, so Yosuke's father, then, so she won't notice Souji until he announces himself.]

Lucina-san!
[He makes his way over promptly, though definitely with more care than usual so as to not disturb the preparations.]
no subject
She exchanges a few words with the manager before she turns to face Souji, walking the few remaining steps.]
Thank you for coming, Souji.

He peeks around; it looked like they were still missing a few things...] So, where do we start?
no subject
There's work to be done now though, so she glances around, before pointing towards where a group of organises are stood. There's a box by their feet.] Posters. Some were put up outside of Junes, but whilst we planned to do the rest today... it didn't quite happen.
no subject
He goes off to bring them over and starts sorting through everything.]
I can take care of these right now...where do you need them?

[As he gets up, though, he has two of them -- one of them for himself. The other, she can probably guess who it's for.] ...Though it wouldn't be as much fun if I did this by myself, now, would it?
no subject
But equally as much, this would have needed her attention regardless of Souji being here.]
True enough. [She nods once.] We best be quick in case another problem arises, though.
no subject
His poor Magician-bro was going to be dead on his feet.
Nevertheless, he heads off with her to put up more of the posters, leaving one between the elevators, by the entrance, and generally anywhere that wouldn't be intrusive, but stood out best. There were times where he lost his head of steam and he found himself trying to regain his bearings, but he definitely appreciated a poke in the right direction whenever she gave it out.
Eventually, he does peek over his shoulder at her as he puts up one more.]
Color me curious. What's this particular charity drive for?
[He could just take a look at the poster, but...an answer from her seemed more appropriate.]
no subject
She herself is busy straightening a tacked up poster when he asks the question, and she answers as she finishes doing so.]
Water aid. It's something we take for granted, but in many countries, even something that seems so basic is hard to get. [She frowns.] Installing pumps for clean water makes a lot of difference.
no subject
Are there any particular countries you're doing this for? [He couldn't help but want to narrow it down. Though there were a lot in need, there were a few that he could think of off the top of his head that really stood out.]
no subject
Well... she wasn't going to linger on that thought.]
But the drive for today is primarily for those in central Africa.
no subject
Every little bit goes a long way for them. [It was unvoiced, but he earnestly hoped this would be a success. If this didn't make enough, it would probably not help towards a noticeable change.
He took a glance at the poster for a couple of seconds before picking up one more to put up elsewhere.]
no subject
For now, this is what Lucina can do. If she wants to actually help them in person, then... here is where to start. Isn't it?
She continues around the rest of the floor, stopping intermitently. Junes is still empty and quiet, but it's probably not long until the doors will open, as the ambient background music has begun to play in the distance, and the half lit glow is long history, each room bathed with artificial light. She puts up one last poster by the stairwell, before she turns back to Souji.]
That's my last one.
no subject
Nevertheless, he continues combing the floor, placing what few posters he had left, and as the Junes jingle started playing, he hummed along. It'd been basically buried into his brain thanks to the trips took to the convenience store with Nanako, and "Every day's great at your Junes!" didn't help matters. Not that he honestly minded...how could he mind his little sister in any way?
As soon as he places his own final poster, he glances back.] And that's mine...we should go back. That took a little more than I expected.
no subject
She wants a peaceful world, not a troubled one.
She nods.] Customers will probably start coming in soon. I need to double check if everything's been set up...
[She's already half way towards the elevator as she says it, lost in thought, before stopping. She's very used to being a lone ranger.] Let's go, then. Think you can handle some helium balloons?

However, something does occur to her, and she winces.]
As long as the announcements were sent down to the desk. [Please say they have, organiser, going up and down the department store wasn't a bad thing, but it deterred from the point of things.]

Did you have someone bring them there?
